I am/WAS a repeat customer of Scratch-Off Stickers.com. Was always happy with prompt receipt each time I ordered until NOW. I ordered stickers way back in September and I have yet to receive them! Its almost the end of October. Not only that, they wont answer my phone calls or email. I need these stickers for my business and they have caused me a hardship to go back to my customers to tell them I never got my order! I am totally disgusted that they would run a business this way. If they are not going to fill orders, just take people's money and run with it, then close up the site!!! Totally rude and unprofessional to treat your customers this way!!! Im not only out the stickers, but my money as well, until my paypal claim is settled. I will never order from them again and would never recommend them to anyone else either. There is just no excuse to treat paying customers this way. I dont treat my customers like this and I dont apprecaite being treated this way either! If they keep this up, they wont be having any customers at all! And once you burn someone, they never want to order from you again no matter what your promises are or how they try to fix it.
WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM SCRATCH-OFFSTICKERS.COM I ordered from Scratch-offStickers.com on Oct. 20th and have never received my order. They will not answer my emails or phone calls. If they can't fill orders they need to take their site down. They had no problem taking my money though. I had to file a dispute with ebay to hopefully get my money back. BAD way to do business. I needed my scratch-offs in a hurry for a customer so I emailed Terra from easyscratchoffs.com and she was very accomodating. She knew I needed help and shipped my order out the same day just to help. I am loyal and will be back. Thanks!
