How do you make scratch off cards? There are two different ways to do it. The hard way and the easy way.  It’s really not hard,  but it can be time consuming and a little messy. Definitely  a fun way to get the kids involved.The first way is to buy soap, paint, tape, contact paper and card stock. You mix the paint and soap together. Cover up your paper with tape, brush on your soap mixture and let it dry. Once it’s dry you can scratch off to reveal what you’ve hidden.
