Where can scratch off stickers be found?

Walmart is not selling scratch off stickers, so why are they stealing ad space promoting that they are selling them? Our scratch off stickers are proudly made in the USA. I can guarantee you that if Walmart starts selling them they will be made in China and who knows what they'll put in them. Whatever is cheapest is Walmarts way.  Our scratch off stickers are safe for children and non-toxic. Can Walmart say that about theirs if they were to manufacture them?
